Default WTB: Sun Visors

I need sun visors and can't find a vendor who has both sides available. Pelican only has one side and no idea when they will have the other in stock. OEM would be nice, but is not required.

Has anyone taken their old pair apart and had someone refinish them?

I also read somewhere about carefully cutting them open along the seam and putting new foam inside and gluing the seam back up.
