Automatic Heat Control
Doesn't work. The motor moves the red handle up and down but apparently the sensors and/or computer doesn't adjust the handle correctly. The shop just loosened the red handle connection to the contraption so that it can be adjusted manually, just like my old 911's.
Worth fixing? The car won't be driving in the winter but maybe on cool Fall days. Actually, I always kind of like the **** between the seats coupled with the 3 ***** in the dash in old 911's.

I replaced mine some years ago with a new one but then ended up taking it out altogether. If you want it, I have a lightly used replacement sitting in my garage. I just use the lever by hand with the bolt tightened for friction... I got the rubber boot from an earlier car to keep it neat.
