My new to me 930 had just received complete chassis tear down and restoration including all bushings and shocks. New 930 HD Bilsteins were installed on all corners and I am very happy with the street ride and handling.
I can dig up part numbers if you like, but it will take me a few days.

My wife looked them up for me, so use the part numbers with some caution!
Bilstein HD Rear: 24001694
Bilstein HD Front: 3405057
Unless she made a mistake this is what is on my car.

A couple of ways that I was taught:
1. Leaks on the shock body identifying a failed seal.
2. Worn bushings at the eye.
3. Cupping of tires identifying a tire bouncing while going down the road.
4. Do the old push on the fender and see if the vehicle just bounces - ie) spring action only and no dampening.
5. Have someone drive your car on a "bumpy" road and follow it and see if the tires are just bouncing up and down?
6. General age and usage...I don't know the right answer but I have heard 50K miles is "enough" for shocks...
While you are at it lift the car and see if you have any play anywhere on the suspension, wheel end, worn out bushings, ....
That's all that I know...good luck.

The last Porsche intended ride for the 930 was the 89 setup
For 1984, 85, 86, 87 and 88, I have as Porsche's part numbers for original shocks:
Turbo - Bilstein left * *91134104133
Turbo - Bilstein right 91134104233
For 1989:*
1989 Turbo -Bilstein left * *91134104135
1989 Turbo - Bilstein right 91134104235
* Igozz, the ones you listed match your car's year (87), any other original or is it an independent setup?

^These are replacement Bilstein "HD" part numbers that my wife read off the receipts.
The work was done by the PO and lots of documentation and paperwork, but I am on the road and cannot look at the stuff with my own eyes.
