Default A/F and fuel pressure

It feels like its been forever that I have had A/f ratios. I have imagine auto fuel head mods, Brians adjustable warm up regulator and soliniod set up. After 5000 rpms I start to go 12-12.5. I have a fuel pressure gauge hooked up. I have warm pressure set at 3.75 and cold at 1.2. I see my fuel pressure drop under boost. So I decided to ck fuel delivery. I take off my fuel filter and you can barely blow thru it. So I say good. I need new filter. Put new filter in and still a problem with lean up top. On my fuel pressure gauge it goes between 1 and 1.4 under boost. I am assumeing that is too low. Any ideas? Is there a way to check fuel pumps? Thanks John

One other thing. Could the restriction in the gas filter have damaged my fuel pumps?
