Default open vacuum port

Today I was working on the car trying to get the electronic boost controller hooked up. when i was trying to hook the vacuum line on the boost controller to the blue line going to the distributor I noticed that where it comes out just below the butterfly, there was another vacuum port that was open. i dont remeber from putting the car together if this is supposed to be open or plugged. tried doing a search on the forum as I remember vaguely it being mentioned but no luck any body remember what it's hooked to?

That one may have been connected to a vacume solenoid under the intercooler and then the air pump diverter valves.
The emissions and vacume line diagram is in the owners manual and the underside of the rear lid.
Put a plug with a small clamp on it if you have no use for it. Seems that would be a small vacume/boost leak.
