Could someone please take this measurment for me? ...insert ruler horizonally at top of front fender wheel opening. ruler pointing toward gas tank, perpendicular to front wheel. Push it back until it hits the tub (may need to jack up front of car a little to not hit wheel).. What do you get for this measurment (tub to outside of front fender wheel opening)

...I'd do myself but my car is not avail.

From the flare outside edge to the tub right in front of the strut, which looks like the closest, I get 14-3/8". From the top edge of the flare to the strut, I get 12-1/8".

I came up with 15 5/8'' from the back of the strut housing to the face of the fender lip centered over the wheel.

I got exactly 15 5/8" as well from the back of the strut housing to the outer edge of the fender lip.
