Question How Much Power...

...Should I be making with the following mods???

Andial Fuel Enrichment
1-bar Boost Spring
B&B Exhaust
Air Intake w/ K&N cone filter
Andial I/C
K27 Turbo

I am planning on doing a dyno day with a friend of mine who has a fully PCA race prepped 944S. He and I started talking, and that is when I realized I have NO IDEA what kind of power my car is making or should be making with these mods.

The only future mod planned for the car is a set of headers...

Thanks for the responses!!!

Scroll to the next page and look at my post "running way too rich".
I had mine dyno'd last week. Similar mods to yours, but I also have headers and a Andial 3.4l. Not sure how much more power I will get once it is dialed in. I just received a Innovate LM1, so I will see for sure if I am too rich.

10 more hp if you switch back to the stock air cleaner and a clean filter.

Are you running B&B mufflers and their headers?

If so you'll be at around 400ish hp.

Yasin,

I am running their muffler with a single outlet. I am planning on buying their headers in the next month or so. The car still has the factory headers...

DonE,

I think that you are right on the $$$. Any ideas as to how I can get closer to the 400rwhp mark???

Thanks for your responses guys,

Cajun

I wouldn't expect anything from a K&N other then more dirt inside the engine. Now if you are comparing a old dirty paper unit with a brand new K&N then you might see something. But a properly maintained paper one is pretty good.

Jhunt,

At the risk of sounding a little like a d*ck, how do you know that the stock air box flows more air than my open unit with a cone K&N???

Are there any tests or anything like that??? I am not trying to challenge what you are saying (in a bad way), but if there is something you could point me to to prove what you are saying, I would LOVE to read it. If the stock set-up is in fact better, then I will put it back on the car tonight!!!!

I will be the first person to admit that my knowledge of 930s and their performance (both stock & modded) is not that great. I would love to read anything you can show me!!!

Cheers,

Cajun

To my knowledge I am the only person without a financial interest in selling parts to test the stock airbox against the Powerflow unit back-to-back. I swapped airboxes while my car was still strapped to the dyno. No other changes. The stock unit showed more HP.

I never believed in this air intake thingy either but few weeks ago i decided to go with the evoms intake and boy does it work. The car noticeably pulls stronger esp in the higher RPM's not to mention different, more throatier, engine sound.
Hope that helps...

Thanks for the responses. I think I might try the same experiment on my dyno day...

I remember reading somewhere recently where the CIS 930 was one Porsche where the filter was a restriction.

My guess 326rwhp. What do we when win if we're closest.
