930 Added To The Family
The 968 is gone but the 930 is here. It will be nice to add this turbo next to the 1986 944 Turbo that I have. I just wanted to share the new addition. Here's a pic.

The C2 bumpers give the car a nice updated look. Very clean. You need to put up a shot of the side of the car though, as it looks like you may have aftermarket wheels?
No 930 for me yet (waiting for that stock to climb a bit more), so I've been a long-time lurker here. Currently I drive a red '88 VW Scirocco 16V with all the euro mods, license "DRAKAN". You can't miss me as there are fewer Sciroccos on the road than 930s!

Waveman: I may also be in my white 944 Turbo or my wife's red Audi TT. I hang out with the Audi guys and at times there are a few Sciroccos. I know one guy that hangs out at times has a wide body Audi S4 and a turbo charged Scirocco. His name is Bradley. Have you met him before?

LOL, it's really a small world ain't it?
Bradley is a good friend and I've known him for years and years. His Scirocco is pretty sick, and I'm hoping to take advantage of his knowledge of that turbo mod someday He's at 250 bhp now and hoping to take it up to 300 with a bigger turbo and higher boost.
His Audi isn't bad either
Maybe I'll catch up with you at the next German car get together.

Can you give me more info on the bumper conversion (i.e., part #, lights,etc...)? I've got a 87 930 turbo with RH 3.6 wheels on order. Definitely would look nice with the updated bumpers. Looks liked you were able to keep the rear lights?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Those bumpers look delicious. Looks like the rear end conversion to 965 spec would cost a small fortune though. Is the front end just a swap outside of the fogs??
Id seriously think about a 965 front end conversion, but Im leaning toward perhaps a 930S spoiler.
Of course I need some money.

NSXTC: Since I didn't do the conversion I am not sure on the part numbers, lights, etc. I will take a look at the receipts I have and let you know what I find.
UDPride: From what I can tell the answer to your question is yes.

I did some research myself and found that you'll need the C2/4 lights in the fronts. Maybe some for the rears as well.
Here's more info...Looks like the PO put some $$ into this conversion. Great for you. Beautiful car.
