Default Interest in Andial intercooler?

Hi.

I have a Andial intercooler lying on a shelf thats leftover from one of the 930:s I have owned and it seems I will not get another any time soon.

Is there any interest nowdays for these very rare and nice intercoolers made by Andial? It has an integrated HKS blow off valve and is in very good condition.

Is this the best place to make an advert for it and anyone know what is a reasonable price?

Advise appreciated

Is this for the 3.0 or 3.3? The 3.0 pretty rare and a good up grade, but it didn't fit under the 3.0 tail. So the value went down. I sold one earlier this year. Still a market for the 3.3. I’d post a what’s it worth on the Pelican turbo forum. Someone in Sweden bought the mine. I think the shipping was in the $100-150 dollar range. I haven’t seen one come up for sale in-quite awhile

Thanks for info! This one is for a 3,0 which I think is the only 911 Turbo to be correctly named 930 since it is part of its VIN number? Dont think the 3,3 had 930 in the VIN?
And as you say another wing is needed
Anyhow this is a very good upgrade for a 3,0.

Default I would b very interested in an Andial intercooler.

I have a 1986 930 with 3.3L engine...3.0L engines were only on 1975-1977 930s.
I need an intercooler for my 3.3L...I am in the US and I just missed an Andial intercooler and a fuel adder that sold near me here in Florida for $500.

My ‘78 930 3.3 has 930 VIN. They stopped that after the first run of production. Some argue the ‘78 and ‘79 to be most desirable. 3.3l, intercooler, many upgrades like brakes, suspension, and prior to electronification, no power brakes, etc... of course its all a matter of preference and opinion. 👍🏻

Incorrect. Every 911 turbo from '75-'89 had 9-3-0 in its VIN.

I'm not trying to be argumentative at all - but after the initial production run which ended in 1979, where they used a 10 digit VIN with '930' as the first three digits, they went to a 17 character VIN (today's standard) and the '930' was dropped. Characters 8---12 would have a '30' for a 930 turbo but the '930' as the first part of the VIN was dropped. See VIN decoder here; https://www.stuttcars.com/technical/vin-decoder/
