Default Fuel Pump Relays not being energized

My 79 930 would not start. Jumped the fuel pump relays both pumps run and engine fired. It appears that the relays are not being energized. Where do I start checking? I have electric schematics but have difficulty figuring out what to check. There is the over boost switch. Engine rotation or speed sensor? Does the electronic ignition control the relays? What else? Help please.

Brian over on Pelican has you pointed in the right direction.
Never hurts to spend some time reading what many of us have contributed to: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/911-9...snt-start.html Very educational; consider it a diagnostic tool.
Stay with it and fire back if still stumped.

Problem solved. The over boost switch was the culprit. All is OK.
