It's looking like, P/N - 911 606 105 04 (and or, 911 606 105 DX)
Refer to the Drawing on page .51 (part number 65), then you will see that page .53 references that part number as the 'warm-up valve'. Also, save a link of this PET Catalogue and get familiar with the way it reads for future reference!

I believe you mean cold start valve
Part #: 911-606-107-01-OEM

Basically if you have to hit the gas when you first start your car this is it

have you put a set of CIS fuel gauges on it , ? that's kind of an expensive part to be guessing with.
I would want to know my system , control and residual pressures before going this route

Hi yes its actually at a shop and fuel pressures are all good. Was determined the WUR is bad they sent my WUR to be rebuilt but the place that rebuilds them somewhere i think in CA is so backed up and me be inpatient figured i would shop around and see if i can get one in the meantime and keep my once rebuilt as a spare. The weather here is finally nice and I'm getting the itch to go for a cruise.

That's interesting. Because if all the fuel pressures are good it isn't the warm up regulator. That's the tool you use to check the regulator.
If they want a wur. My thinking is control pressure is out of spec for the time allowance.

the system pressure is the pressure provided by fuel pump , if the wur isn't holding pressure that is your " control pressure" so that does make sense. the pressure iss upposed to change but stay in spec as the heating element inside the WUR heats up over time. ( as it warms up )
