They have a US distributor based in Florida that sells what you are looking for at something like $240/ on ebay

Do it already.
I've been busy. They don't seem to have what I want on their website; I should call on Monday. IIRC I need 16x7 for the fronts and 16x9 for the rear.

Check Sunset Porsche in Oregon, they sell alot of 3.2 parts and may be able to order OEM 9"s. I have a set of 930 wheels that were not used came off an 88 930 and were replaced with BBS right away. They had red centers so I had Weidman refinish in factory black and put RE11's on them. They have about 400 miles since. Just bought a white 88 turbo look, will be delivered today, plan to have its wheels done at Weidman in white centers to match the car. I have seen sets of 930 wheels anywhere from $4,000 to $10,000 depending on condition, tough to find a deal on anything these days including the cars.

Haha! BTW you need to move those 7"s to the front. I promise you will love that setup!

Sounds like a certain set of torsion bars I was interested in.

No. Stamped, not forged.

Any idea what the weight gain might be between the two types, Rod?

I am going with the Maxilite's and the difference per wheel varies from 3 lbs to 2.5 pounds, depending on if you are talking the 7s or the 9s. I am also going with Pirelli P Zero R compounds, since that seems to be the most reasonable in terms of available tires for the 16s, and those are available at tire rack. I am also buying some new center badges because I don't know where the originals are. Drop shipping everything directly at my dad's indy in Clearwater.

So, all together new re-pop fuchs w/shipping is about $1000. Tires with shipping about $800. So, $1800.

Are they forged? I'd guess yes given their weight.

Wait....$800 for shipping from one part of Florida to another???? I could get Uber to transport them from Florida to Florida for half that and still have money left over to fly from LGB to SLC and back.....TWICE. You need to check your math....and then call a good lawyer.

Oh, wait....."Tires with shipping about $800" not "shipping about $800" ....it's the drugs.

Ouch. I assumed being on the website means they're available.

Was thinking they were just cast. Wouldn't it be a hoot if they were forged? That'd still not quiet the haters.

Yeah, you need to lay off whatever that is. The tires are about $740 for all four corners. I am drop shipping all this stuff to Clearwater. Getting ready to hit zee button.
