I had 275/315 on mine. It was a bit absurd. I switched to 245/275. It was a bit absurd.

Cool. How do you go about finding out the build no. for the year your car was made? I'm curious since mine was made late in '83.

Well, I could figure out the difference between the red car (above) and mine just by subtracting his last four VIN digits from mine. I learned that my car was number 40 of the 62 made in '87 through Norbert on the superb Factory Turbo Look Register web site.

Norbert got back to me early this morning and he said mine was no. 80 in 1984.

Thanks for the friendly praise! Here is another maybe interesting info about your car - only 16 coupes in 1987 were plain black - L700 (yours is No. 11 of them)

Thank you, Norbert, that's interesting indeed.

Do you know the actual build date of my car? From the VIN sticker on the driver's side door jamb, I know it was December 1986, but I don't know the date.
