Detailers! - what are these white spots on my Targa 4S?
I was doing a quick lookover of my car and noticed these white "dots" above the wheelarches (not sure if I'm describing the area correctly, but you can see it above). Since this is a widebody 4S that area juts out a little more and is exposed to the elements more so I guess thats why they're there - I used a quick-detailer solution to try and remove them but they seem embedded in the paint slightly. What are they and how do I remove them?! I am by no means an expert detailer..
thanks

Those are from small rocks and debris being sent back to your rear flares from your front wheels. Thats exactly where you want them, right on the plastic instead of the paint. You can buy them online and change as needed.

Those look like rock chips, in the clear sticker over the wheel, Thats a sticker, or clear bra no?
In any case I would not use clay cause if theres little rocks in there you'll scrach up your car bad, id use instant detailer and microfiber cloth.
Im 99% sure its rock chips from the road.
if for some weird reason its bugs or road grime, use a designated cleaner for that. I like poorboy's bug wash or meguares or such

rock pits is correct, but they become more visible when wax gets into them. If a detail spray and microfiber does not remove it, and it can be tough with dried wax, one of those portable steamers can soften the dried wax so it can be removed with a cloth.
