Will a Momo steering wheel hub from a 964 fit a 3.2?

It will not. The 964 Momo hub fits the 964(duh lol), 993, 996, 986 and 944 / 951 / 968 1985 & up

It's not an expensive part. I had the 993 set up, and got the hub for the 3.2 for about $70.
Now I can install the steering wheel on either car.

I have a Momo hub for a 3.2 Carrera in a box, unused. As I am moving my garage, I am very willing to reduce any and all effort to move all the parts! Shoot me a PM and someone will likely own it.
