Default Clutch adjustment number for '76 Carrera RS

Can anyone tell me what the clutch adjustment number should be for the 76 Carrera 2.7MFI? I am questioning this because my clutch set up is a little different from other Carreras so I am thinking the clutch number might be different as well.

My clutch pedal had a little play in it that I wanted to address. My pedal sat lower than the brake pedal so I took out that play. I think the total travel of the clutch cable should be 25mm but I don't know because of the type and year of my engine.

You basically adjust it on those until it "feels right", hopefully without putting any preload on the pressure plate. If it's had some over time, and the plate is starting to wear/take a set/whatever.........well........

Bottom line is that you'll understand what the factory did starting in '77. Not that that really helped once the cars started to get a few miles on them.

So there is no real number, its just by feel.
When I started to make measurements I got 35 without the clutch engaged and then measured 11 or 12 with clutch engaged.
