Default 1977 911S - Father/Son project

My Father and I were able to purchas a 911s for a heck of a deal. It needs some work to get her back on the road but not much! We are really excited to get to work on our first 911 project!!

Does anyone know what color this blue is? It has been repainted but it looks fairly close the the orginal color.

The floormats shown.. Are they the orginal (original looking)?

those floor mats not only dont look original they look like they are for the wrong car .. look more like 944 mats. take them out and lets see the carpet.. any mat should be form fitted to match the original carpet underneath allmost perfectly. the drivers looks close but the passenger looks way off.. maybe its the camera angle ?

First order of business is to freshen up the interior with a phone call to Bob. Tell him we sent you.

Looking fwd to help you pick it up on Saturday!! We'll find the paint code, no worries. Good advice above, should definately start with a new carpet kit etc...... Once the engine trans and brakes are all confirmed to be 100% :-)

Congrats ... you've come to the right place.

By any chance are you Walt's son from Houston?

Enjoy the Father/Son project and your time together!

That's an awesome color and even better a non-sunroof coupe. I think that is Mexico Blue. Know a guy with one the same color and he refers to it sometimes as the Mexican. Nice find and welcome to RL!
