I don't think so,..as Lemfoerder is OEM to Porsche. At least that is what I was told by my Wrench!

Then my comparison stands. One is OE and the other not so much.

Are you referring to Lemfoerder Amber? They are OE Supplier. URO is an aftermarket company.

Yes, I am. Lemforder is an OE and it shows in their quality. What I have seen from URO is total crap. Sorry, but when you manufacture bushings that need not be fitted with an actual press, you suck.

The topic of marketing crap, knowing it's crap, is a conversation for another day.

Fortunately here on Rennlist we are rather vocal when it comes to sharing our experiences with products. Substandard products have a very bright light shined on them and word quickly spreads. Good or bad, word gets around.

EDIT: deutsche parts is another name that will not find it's way onto my 911.

Amber, I am 100% f.... with you. You will not see a single URO part on our VW and Audi side, and I have no intentions carrying it to my beloved Porsches. C'on man..... You should know better than that.

I wasn't trying to make accusations, but rather continue with what had been said by dshepp that ya gotta make sure of what you are getting sometimes.

Truth be told I'll cut corners on lots of things, but parts for the Porsche isn't one of them. My budget is sparse at best, so quality counts. I can't afford to buy it again.

(and in an effort to really **** off the crowd, I'll post some of my tools again)
