Default Porsche to the power of 4

Three years ago: My first Porsche the Carrera 4S showed me what a car that has tons of grip, power and traction can do in all 4 seasons.

Two years ago, my second Porsche, the Carrera 3.2 showed me what mechanical purity is all about. How things were before one became obsessed with horsepower and ultimate handling.

Last year my fourth Porsche, the Cayenne S showed me with its handling dynamics how a vehicle can defy every single laws of physics. It also showed me not to wave to any other Porsche car driver who shares the road coz they won’t be expecting your wave ..

Don't kid yourself--there was even more of an obsession with horsepower with all the madness that was the 930. Especially with the US re-introduction of the model in 1985 (MY1986). Maybe 2 or 3 of my 30-35 930 customers were content with leaving the car stock.

Yesterday, my fourth Porsche was bought to introduce me to a new world of track and autocross. A world that has the potential to become an all consuming passion. A car that was bought as a training wheel for me to cultivate proper driving skills and experience the classic 911 pendulum dynamics . A car that was bought with one goal in mind ... To prepare me for my future dream car the 997.2 GT3 RS in 3 years. But as I sat in it for the first time yesterday holding the steering wheel with perspiring palms , trembling and ready to let go the clutch I feared for a moment that this little rascal may actually make the RS somewhat redundant .

Introducing the newest therapy for a lifelong disease ...

A beautiful, perfectly sorted, super-light, '76 chassis updated to '84 Turbo Look. A car in which everything was done with safety, durability, and efficiency in mind.
