Awesome thread! I am buying a 1984Porsche 911 roller. Does anyone have a 3.2L for sale? Id like to turbo it as you did.

Why a 1984? Get a '87 - '89 with a G50 box.. it'll handle the power MUCH better than a 915 box, and gives you more room to grow HP-wise

I know, but I plan on staying around 300-350rwhp. If I am feeling the urge to drive a faster car Ill hop in my 1988 951 and crank the boost up

I am working on videos i promise! I am waiting on my turbo manifold to get adjusted so i don't have the manifold leak anymore, I tried as much as i could to get it to line up, but it just came to crooked... there was always a slight leak no matter what i did, but even with the extra cash it costs to get it right it is still MUCH cheaper than any other aftermarket tube manifold. so be warned, OBX is hit or miss! (most of you probably know that already though...)

okay okay fine, here is a video in the VERY EARLY stages after finishing the project this is with literally six inches worth of straight pipe off the turbo and easing in and off the throttle not taking it much over 5k. I was not going to post this and just wait for the set up to be done to and post a legitimate video but oh well. (I know this doesn't seem that fast but keep in mind i am starting in 3rd gear at around 45-50mph and going to around 95-100mph, babying it all along the way... like i said this was right after i got done and i was still making sure things weren't going to blow up.)

I really doubt it. I think if I'm lucky the cost would stay equal to stock. I've never looked at cars as an investment, more of a toy As Mr. Porsche said himself: "these cars were meant to be driven, not polished."

i will be working on making some videos, I just have such a crappy camera it's hard to get motivated. I am hoping after this whole holiday thing is over i will be able to buy a nice HD camera and then I will go crazy!

Here is a better video i made but still nothing great (also posted in the other 3.2 turbo thread)
