Agree, the scarely-looking plant was the first thing I saw in the second picture!

I'm always drawn to the real flares on RS/RSR cars. They are subtle, but make a huge differance in my mind. It's a dead ringer for identifying a tribute car.
Engine pics...Please. I want to see that big distributor and slide valve throttles!!! i can only imagine how it sounds.

Thank you all. Glad you enjoy the picture. Since the car killed most opponents on the tract, in its day, I thought the cactus was a good backdrop - a little edgy

Yes, I drive the car on the road. No problem at all.
