Magnecor wires on mine. Don't like how they're bigger than factory & can't use the original wire looms but other than that I've had good luck thus far. 2+ years, maybe 25-35k miles?

I'm using the Clewett wires. Very nice set, great quality and fit, a little less expensive than the Magnecors. They also come in black or red.

Does that mean you can't use the original clamps that hold the wires to the fan shroud? Does Magnecore ship new ones?

I have magnacores on my ford truck. Cheaper than the oem stuff and much higher guality. They are the 8.5mm and fit in the original looms perfectly. I have always used the beru oem wires on most Porsche applications because the aftermarket seemed to have problems with the ends/fitment. I have installed nology wires on several 911 cars and feel they are overhyped and felt they were not worth the money. I would probably give the magnacore wires a shot on my 924S.

Make sure they are oxygen free copper and you wire it with the little arrows pointing in the direction of the plugs.
No wait, that's overpriced speaker wire. ;-P

This has regenerated my interest in the previous thread about O2 pathing.......need to reread, as it was a GOOD ONE.......

As an Engineer, ( yet NOT a P-wrench), I found it interesting.....I always assumed some got her info then converted to voltage for the ECU,.....this "notion" of reading the O2 THROUGH the cable is quite interesting........WTF, simply.?>?>?>?>?>?

Intersting footnote, to say the least,..as I remember reading the Rusnak's post on this,..it was quite intense,....

mmmm..

Does Monster make ignition wires? If so, I suppose they are $2,000 a set but definitely worth it.
