Can I just say that I was shocked (in a good way) by the price quoted to me by Intercity? The difference between their quote and all the other no name brokers was negligible and in some cases was even better. Thats hard for me to believe given the level of service they provide and their reputation in the collector car community. Of course my car hasn't even been picked up yet, I just booked it, but its so much less stressful to know they will be transporting it.

Its going to be hard sleeping for the next couple of weeks waiting for my first 911 to arrive, can't wait to see her come off of the truck!

Hmmm..... Still no schedule for pickup of my car and no communication from Intercity. Maybe I was a little quick to sing their praises............

Nate2046,

Sorry for any delays you may be experiencing but as I am sure you are aware the weather has been wreaking havoc with trucks getting across the country. We had most trucks shut down for 2 days last week from NE down to TX and all the way east to MA. Unfortunately we are a couple of days behind playing catch up, I will bring your order to the schedulers attention and we will do everything we can to get you order on the next available truck to IN. Please feel free to call the office anytime for a status update. Thanks again for your patience as we deal with weather delays, but our main goal is to make sure your car and everyone else's that we transport gets transported safely.

Thanks,
Jim

kkswow12,

Kevin,

Thanks for the inquiry. We do not ship internationally but we can drop the car to a port location. Yes we have worked with EH Harms in the past, but you would need to facilitate contact with them and make any arrangements with them. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us.

Thanks,
Jim

Nate2046,

I can certainly appreciate the anxiousness for your new toy. But first and foremost we want to make sure you get that new toy safe and sound. We have flagged your order and it will be on the next available truck. I am trying to pin the scheduler down for a better ETA. Please feel free to check back for an update.

Thanks,
Jim

Intercity strikes again!!! Since I kicked the Porsche habit and went the old Lotus route, the "city" delivered the '70 Plus 2 without a hitch. Not my first time with them, I think it is my fourth.

You guys always go the extra mile............thanks

Intercity picked up a 944 Cup race car today that I am sending down to Baton Rouge from D.C. Did not realize they gave discounts to Rennlist members. But a first class outfit. Would select this company as a transport again, especially if the car was a high end machine.

Funny part was the little ole 944 was sharing the truck with a brand new Ferrari California, a Nisson GTR and a 69 Chevy Chevelle with 75 original miles, and got the same treatment as its more expensive company.
