Post Anyone know a good Fuch wheel restorer in Chicago area?

Finally got a set of 944 7" and 8" wheels for my track set. They are not in great cosmetic condition but straight and true otherwise. I'd like to have them re-done and get the petals polished. Any ideas for local Chicago places?

Thanks

Lefty

Lefty-
can't help with the Chicago area, but many folks here and on Pelican really think highly of Al Reed (he's in Southern California). Do a search - I have no affiliation and have never used him, but enough people have said he does great work that it might be worth a look.

Al Reed. Worth the price of shipping.

$300 give or take - that included hand painted crests - I heard that they were going up on their prices - so maybe a little more now...

I wouldn't trust my wheels with anyone else! Well worth the cost of shipping.
