Well, looks like we have a date. Run #4 will be on Saturday, 7/21/07. We will meet at I-40 exit 143 in Buffalo, TN at 9:30. We will leave on the drive around 10:30 and head south on hwy 13 andf then hit some back highways that David Bailey has picked out for us. We will meet at the Arby's truckstop on north side of I-40.

the event is open to non-tubbers, so come on over. I fun starts around 9 or so and usually everyone is heading out by 3. I'll be in an 85 silver 911 targa and will probably get there around noon.

OK, it has been decided. We are going to the Tennessee Tubs event in Kingston Springs for this drive. Should be an awesome event. If you are interested, some of us will meet up about 9:00am off the Kingston Springs exit on I-40. Someone in Nashville help us out and tell us a place we can meet up there off the I-state.

There is a petro 2 truck stop right off the exit with plenty of parking. Exit 188.

I would say 9-10, but kind of looking for a majority vote. If we left it at 9, we could get breakfast or something. Is that the exit with the Sonic on the north side of I-40?

OK gang… Sorry this week’s plans have been a little on the dynamic side, but I think the change to the TN Tubs event will be worth it. Can’t please everyone, so here is what I am doing tomorrow morning. If you want to tag along with the plan, great! If not, drive safe and see you there! I am leaving Jackson at 8:30am. I am stopping in Buffalo (exit 143) at about 9:30am to meet up with David Bailey and anyone else who wants to meet there. Then, we should get to exit 188 (Kingston Springs) about 10:15-10:30am. We can meet there with anyone coming from the Nashville area who wants to at the Petro Station I guess. And then from there, we can caravan to “the farm”.

Anyone wanting to leave from Jackson at 8:30, we can meet at the Home Depot if you want.

The next drive will be easier logistically, as we will be going to the same place to drive again, so bear with us on this one guys. Look forward to meeting some more of you and seeing some nice vintage Porsche.

Please reply and let me know if your final plans include any of this.

And finally, I have a favor to ask. I have to leave and will not be at a computer until much later tonight probably. Can one or some of you, please update the posts on Rennlist and PelicanParts with this final game plan? I would really appreciate it.

Hi guys. I just moved to the Nashville area and am interested in joining this run. Unfortunately I don't know I-40 well enough to remember where exit 143 is, and Mapquests lists 4 Buffalo, TN. Which county?
