Hi all. Had my brakes and rotors replaced all around. It’s been a squeaky experience for the past 500 miles particular when stopping at a light. Is this normal? Tips for a fix?

work was done by a Porsche mechanic (private shop)

What pads?

go find an isolated road and bed the pads. You can find instructions for this at PMB performance website.

Should kill the squeaking

Likely to be that the pads were not properly bedded in yet. Some pads are more particular than others. I like to get the car past 60+ and back down to 50 via hard braking and repeat the process say 5 times in a row.

also some pads ( for the track ) will always squeak until they fully warm up . Which pads he put on may be key. But if they are street pads, a good bedding could take care of it. If you had calipers rebuilt this could take a little while.
