Most likely the Tesla that self ignited and roasted the other cars ... there's a post somewhere regarding those occurences !

You would think a setup like that would have been fully sprinklered, or maybe even a foam system like an aircraft hangar.

where i live average house is 2.5-3 million- most have 1 or 2 cars ford explorer or a lexus like a rx or es.

financially he maybe very over-extended or he was a car dealer.

naw that guy is a multi multi millionaire . His parents built a car parts empire that spans the globe. he has the only Bugatti of its kind in Canada, cant remember which one it is , came out after the Veyron ...

I figure its good he is legacy to a car parts empire, looks like he is going to need it.
