I just bought a 2009 911S with a body type of 997.2. Can someone tell me the difference between a 997.1 and a 997.2. Perhaps a silly question but I am just getting started.

997.2 has a much-improved, redesigned engine. You might want to post the question in the 997 forum to get more response. This forum is for air-cooled 911 from 1989 and earlier.
