keep the 07RS, it's one of the best watercooled cars porsche made, ever.
add a 911. I prefer 915 box. but G50 is fine too
it's a great little cruiser

The totally OEM cars will always have value, the hot rods and the resto mods will wax and wane depending on trends in the market and tastes.
absolutely right. thus one must have both.
they are really different fun.

Apparently good paint and yes re-done interior and yes a beautiful car. Most of the write up refers to stuff we all know, G50, 3.2L, electric sunroof, raised hub, 16" tires, Fuchs (I assume 6 and 7's)...etc. OK an oil change, filter, fluids... it did get new Bilsteins, tires. A CoA, fine. Clean Carfax, fine. But $72K? I'm doing some looking as I prepare to offer up my "87 Coupe. I see an '89 with 74K miles for $57,900 an '87 Coupe with 118K miles for $59,900 and a couple of '87's in 100-120K mile territory for $50K. There are even some cars out there in the 40's. Most of the higher priced cars have half the miles of this one and/or recent top end engine rebuilds. I'm not unhappy, just saying.
No service records for the first six years? Well, the car was new back then and being an expensive car it was probably looked after!

You're probably right . Id' like to have a ''regular '' G series where I didn't worry about it so much as the Clubsport . The '07 RS seems a lot like the CS except on steroids . As I get older the speed factor means less and less - these old cars seem about my speed .

Yes I completely agree. I have never touched anything like a Gt3, let alone an RS, but this year for various reasons I had to dispense with two out of three of 74 Targa, 996 turbo and GT350, and I kept the 74. It's more fun in most driving conditions, at 60mph on a country road you can already feel the car working for and with you. The GT350 in particular felt like a videogame anywhere other than on track, instead. More fun to drive a slow car fast etc.

Curious: what is this worth? Matching numbers, original Rose Red '73 T. Engine built to 2.7. Yes, we flared the rear. Wears 225/50/15 Fuchs all around. Custom built, bolt on cage, Recaros, 915 with Wevo. NO RUST, totally re done.

For those that PM'd me: we flared the rear just enough by stretching the fenders and folding the lips, no additional material. The 225 R7's do no rub either in the rear or the front. Front lips are also just folded.

Seems like a pretty good deal for the buyer?
