83 911SC - How much is too much?
#65
Well, I pulled the trigger on mine. Pick her up in 10 days...can't wait! Here's a photo they sent me from their shop. I drove the green 993 C4S but ended up liking mine more (shocked by that...always wanted the 993...and still do, but for my first one, going SC baby)...on the right, a 964 and a 356. Love this shot! I know some don't like the polished wheels and count me down as one of those...but I think they look great on this color.

Great choice on the SC. Polished wheels suit the car - looks great!

Coming up in a few weeks : https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds...l#&gid=1&pid=7
I tip my hat to you for that link (or any link to a P car) and I do follow only P cars on "Hammer Price".
That yellow and cork is interesting. I wonder what it really looks like because the pictures made me throw-up in my mouth a bit.

I have definitely found that photos often do not do the colors justice. There's a Ivory w/Brown interior being sold in Colorado Springs. I didn't think much of it in the photos, but in person, it was a real looker, especially w/the Brown/White contrast.

Question on these Fuchs wheels? It seems they have one more lip inside the wheel than other Fuchs I have seen. Are these replicas? I know they made a lot of variations, but can't see others like this example

once you get them off and look inside the rim you will know. Could be reps. you will be looking for a Porsche P/N or the fuchs symbol
