Anyone know this 1987 911 wide body conversion?

I was looking for an inexpensive car to track with my son. I saw this car on Bring a trailer and thought, hmmm. This car has some issues, aftermarket wide body conversion, car fax shows error on mileage, aftermarket A/C conversion, etc.I figured those might keep the price in the reasonable price range.
