GT4RS Black Rear Trunk Cover Part
 

Anyone swap out the silver aluminum cover for the water/oil fill section for the black aluminum GT4RS part? I couldn't find the part number.

Also looking to do the same. I saw a GT4 at Manthey Racing HQ earlier in the summer, that had it swapped over also. Easy one to do, once we have P/N.

I want to do this too! Was hoping it would show up on Suncoast but nothing yet.

I wanted this too but realised I’ve got a 4RS..😂😂

The configurator has been showing this component as black for all 2023 models but this may very well be one of those sweet, sweet lies it loves to tell us. Maybe it's always been that way and I've not paid enough attention.

Long time ago I plasti dipped mine (also the bar behind the seats).
Easy job and more economic as well as ecologic ;)

I think it is a different part, 4RS caps have no chrome ring. The one on Suncoast is aftermarket.

In general I'm liking what they did with the trim on the 4RS. The bar behind the seats also looks blacked out. Hopefully the part numbers become available as more cars get delivered.

Bumping this for an update. Did a quick mod on this while changing out my air filters and luv the results. Painting or Plasti-Dip is not necessary and I definitely don't think the very thin piece of aluminum used is worth $300. I made the stickers in house and completed the look...YMMV........Phil
