GT4RS Deliveries and Production Discussion
#2191
Mine started on 12/20 and originally was scheduled to be completed mid Jan. I did spec PTS and painted hood stripe, but I think it may be that they need the Osnabrueck capacity to fix VWs that may be impacted by the "slave labor chip". It is now very close to the Euro Delivery buffer, so I really hope they will complete on time this time around.

But then concerns me about so many cars completing on the same day. We are but a small population here and many of the dates have updated to 3/22. Seems to me they might get overwhelmed...

Then I better get back more than the cost of the option in value. To not communicate that and send the car without would be BS. And if there was a supply issue they should have known that in advance of sending the car through the assembly process so why didn't these dates update before the car went into production?

It's not the same day... They post target dates by Fridays for the internal system. Will more than likely happen between this Friday and next (if no more delays anyway)

I'm not sure about that, my original target date was 3/7 and stayed there for a while until it changed to Wednesday, 3/6, at the beginning of the week and then pushed to 3/22 at the beginning of this week. I don't think Friday is always the day used since mine hasn't used a Friday for production date until now.

The projected PSVMS dates always reflect Friday

Not always... My dealer "expected" dates are always Fridays, TYD has more independent days. Not sure what dictates the difference between the two systems. They really differ after completion and the transport process starts. Internal system is way more accurate at that point.

Has anyone had their PTS V110 approved in the past few months? Mine has been sitting around for 5 weeks. My SA says it's definitely coming (for a July build) but not sure what the typical wait is.

Mine has been sitting V110 since December. I have a June build so yours will definitely be a bit longer I am assuming. From what I have noticed, it typically goes V200 when you are within 3 months or so but obviously have no idea. Hoping it goes v200 soon.
