Has your car left the port yet? If I recall correctly, often times people get stuck at the port and have shipping delays. My point is, by the time the car makes it to the US, it might not be much longer of a wait for PEC than you think.

Anybody got a car sitting at the Port of San Diego? This wait is killing me. SA told me there were 'port handling' issues causing the 2 week delay but didn't know more other than the code that he saw on his end. Anybody have insight into this or understand what that could mean?

PEC pickup will be an amazing experience to go along with the car. i did delivery at PECLA and i can't imagine not doing that for a car as special for the GT4/Spyder. It was one of the best car experiences ive had in my life.
If anyone's waiting for a ride from Emden to Jacksonville - the Sunshine Ace just moored a Emden today and is projected to arrive at Jacksonville on 4/18. I'm hoping to catch that ride. Looks like it's a direct shot from Emden to Jacksonville with no stops.

DAEDALUS LEADER has safely unloaded in San Diego! Hopefully outta here soon… its been approximately 2.5 months from EoP to delivery (barring a port delay on the American end…)

That's brutal. Any idea what the delay was? I've heard there can be delays if you're the first load of new model years vehicles to come across and have to get the CARB compliance certified. I just unloaded at Benicia and am hoping it makes it out in a reasonable amount of time.

It shows departure schedules out of Emden as well as destination ports.
It shows the Sunshine Ace is scheduled to depart tomorrow with destination Jacksonville. This coincides with the VW Export Schedule too...

My TYD just updated and shows another month of delay. It's been fully built with photos since 03/09. Not sure what the issue is but I believe it may be a part that is still being waited for. Maybe it's Bose speakers? My SA is out of town on vacation so I'll check with him when he's back in the office.

Hey thanks for asking about that, I appreciate it. So it was simply an issue of lack of labor to inspect it or truck it out? I have my SA calling me back in a few minutes with an update. So ill let you guys know what he says about my car or the SD port situation for those of you also with cars in SD.
