It's incorrect hearsay. They don't restrict identical builds. But the permutations work out that way. Porsche cities it on some of their promotional videos from time to time.

Congrats! What was the scheduled CP8 for your guys? Curious how close to projected dates they are completing. My CP8 is scheduled as 7/15.
Both V260 and CP8.0 were pretty much in the vicinity of the original estimate provided by the dealer back in December when I placed the order. Not sure if PTS has anything to do with it.
But, to be precise, 3-days off V260 and 3-days off CP8.0. Not bad!

My 23 locked today, should be here 8/26. I was disappointed to learn you can no longer get PCCBs on the GTS. Could not find any GT4 allocations a few GT4RS allocations at $100k over. Going to be interesting to see what happens to this market over the next year. I bought a raffle ticket so I’ll likely have an RS for free soon. Looking forward to tracking a rear mid engine again.
