Be patient, Porsche is adding 70 colors to the palette soon. It's going from 90 to 160. Just no set date yet and I haven't seen any list of what colors are being added.

Good to know! I'm sure the stars will have to align perfectly for 1) them to release the colors, 2) me to get an allocation, 3) that allocation being in the PTS window, and 4) liking one of those new colors. BUT, at least there is hope lol

Well after a year long wait today finally I get to see my new baby in the flesh. I am buzzing, here we go Azzuro Thetys Spyder:
I think it is a fantastic colour, its a bit bluer in real life that the pictures and it shimmers like its a bit wet. Not as dramatic as liquid metal silver on a 918 but a similar effect. Bearing in mind that that picture is taken on my crappy phone just after the transport covers were removed so its not at its best yet. Its going off to the detailer to be paint corrected, PPF applied and ceramic coated so when it gets back I will try to get some better pictures.
I have a shed load of things to do before its absolutely where I want it to be. Firstly the roll hoop covers are going away to be painted in the same colour as the car. Porsche wouldn't do that on a PTS car which is a PITA, they wouldn't even do gloss black despite it being on the configurator. After that I want to look at all the other black bits and change them for gloss carbon fibre or just gloss black depending on where they are. I am considering getting the callipers done in Azzuro Thetys as well.
Its a great feeling having a car that I love that is going to be unique to me. Made up.

Your Albert blue and the oak green are the two most beautiful Spyders I’ve ever seen. I’ve been longing for a beautiful deep blue like that. I’ve never heard of Albert blue before now. Congratulations.
on a related note, let me know when it’s for sale. lol
