I have seen a couple of inferences to the tank space constraints and the GT3 engine... amazed actually as the engine has nothing to do with the size that the tank can be.
Funny enough it is not far from the gas filler opening, basically located right below where the battery sits.

Or for the ROW standard at 64 liters, so a 90 liter tank is pretty much a 50% increase in size!

Those won’t fit the 4RS - the Mags for it will be in same sizes as 4RS stock wheels (but they’ll be lighter and stiffer)

The German and Italian configurators also show 54L. I’m not sure why the US is still 64L but there are still some errors around. I’d thought the tank size was reduced to fit the parts for the front lift which is new in the Cayman. Now I see there is an option for a larger tank in Europe so hopefully that will make it here. I believe the right hand drive cars can’t fit the larger tank.

A long time ago I started the above thread. Now look what we have!!!
They finally did it, but it looks like very few of us will be able to buy one.

Maybe it's already been covered, but it looks like the only thing between the engine and one's ears is the engine cover. Is that right? This thing is going to be deafening. There has to be some sound attenuation tricks they are using.

@halfmonkey what did you think of the color in person? Think the current offering of harness bars will work with the new engine cover, without limiting exposure to airbox?
