Those little window triangles in front by the mirrors are about $50 ea in plastic, in CF the are almost $375 each. I definitely wouldn't call that "not much more".

For me, pricing isn't really a decision factor (anyone who can afford the GT4RS or even vanilla GT4 should be able to afford a GT3). I prefer mid-engine and the looks of the Cayman over the 911. The GT4RS with the GT3 engine is almost perfect. If only a manual was offered (which I know the GT3 has available).

First you have to make a visually perfect CF hood then mask and hand paint the stripe before polishing it all out...
The car with a painted hood likely gets painted on the line.

But we know that this is a completely different process, you don't simply take the paint off the hood!

I know that...I'm just trying to be ironic that you paid to get the naked carbon and then you paid even more to put some paint back!
Buy hey...I did choose the WP on my build and that's purely cosmetic so whatever floats your boat.

well compared to the overall WP package it’s not much more. Just odd they don’t have as an option. Must be a reason why. It’s a money maker so why not?

But most importantly, it's what they can charge for something not what it costs that dictates price we pay.

Or just get a standard car and put carbon wrap thingys on both sides of the hood for the same look. Save 20k!
