How did you determine this? You can’t search new inventory on porscheusa.com for a model variant. You can search used inventory where you arrive at 24.
To be fair, as of right now, cars.com shows 145 911s that match “GT3 RS” but some of the hits are misrepresented. So, that *is* closer to 178 than 24. And is a surprising number unless you assume most GT3 RSs are purchased by speculators or those that are fickle.

Since we are now name calling, do you have someone at home to show you how English works?
That link to nationalpreownedporsche.com is not what you originally posted.
In any case, you still can’t search directly for GTS RSs. If you do a keyword search there are 87 GT3 RSs.
Or maybe you meant GT3s of all types? In which case there are 171?
Bottom line, yes there are a lot of GT3s for sale and a surprisingly-high percentage are RSs.

There are probably elements of that for some, however, I (and many others) found the differences to be quite clear cut - the RS has a physicality that the GT3 doesn't seem to have - I don't think that should that be a surprise given they have different design briefs and intents. I vaguely remember a quote from AP, something along lines of the RS had 1000 changes from the GT3 - I will see if I can find the actual quote.
At the end of the day, I think most are hoping that Porsche deliver a genuine GT4 RS and yet most of us doubt (sadly) they will do it. Time will tell .

Gives a bit of POV from someone who's also driven these back to back GT3 vs. RS. @groundhog , speaks to your points I think.
