Don't see 150K, but I bet it pulls more than the basic GT3 ADM.

Frankly, with a tune, weight reduction, tires, etc with a current GT4, you wouldn’t be too far off this.
That is just crazy money for what this car is.

Ring time of something like a 7:04.511 lap on the 20.6 km layout. The latter is a full 23.6 seconds quicker than the existing Cayman GT4.

Thats a hell of a lot more than just Aero at this point, 50hp? increase and maybe multilink in the rear?

I'd love to have one! It looks like yellow might be the launch color again looking at this screen snip:

And Cup2R tires. Don't discount the difference those make!

Agree....it has CL and PCCBs which I really don't want. Our track is less than 1.4 miles so my modded GT4 PDK with 19" Pirelli DH (which I wont be able to use on the RS) could be faster.
the only thing that could swing me over to the RS is the engine.....but I need the details.
I also need to know final price once I add the usual options...

Sure, but 23+ seconds due to R tires?

I think 80hp, way lower gears, and no multi-link…

More power, more aero AND cup 2r tires. The track itself also keeps getting faster and they probably tried a bit harder with the RS. They always get the lap time they want to get.

Is there any research into the driver?

Driver is a big factor in lap times. Driver condition, ability, decisions made, timing, repeatability etc.

Here is a link I found to an IG page from someone that spotted the GT4RS in CA - the front fender doesn't have the camo wrap on it. Looks like a narrow slit for releasing pressures around the front wheel well.

samuel_porschebeverlyhills on Instagram: . ❗️#gt4rs spotted on my way to work❗️ . ❓Who can’t wait for this car…❓ . . I was so lucky this morning, the car was just right next to me…

I wonder if they’ve changed the rear toe links and camber settings though.

Great ring time! But have others have mentioned the R tires are responsible for quite a bit of that gap vs the GT4...Manthey Racing themselves told me on the GT3 RS (991), The PSC2 R tires alone were worth 12-15 seconds vs the regular PSC2. So to really compare performance have to adjust for tires and their approximate impact on lap time.

Fair point fair point forgot about the tires. I looked up the 981 Clubsports time on slicks around there, and it was only 3-4 seconds slower I think......the clubsport that is.
