The 911 nose looks extended and the backseat side window makes the 911 side/top look elongated in comparison.
Different strokes for different folks but its a great picture to compare the cars side by side imo.

It has always been the better looking car in my view as well. And the difference is even bigger with the 992s, which are just too bloated IMO. The rear has always look really weird to me, which is less evident with the expensive 'aero package' (the fixed wing) available on the 991, but don't think it made it to the 992 (haven't seen one of those). It's obviously not bad, but now looks more like a GT car, and not a sports one. And having driven both quite a bit, the driving dynamics are much nicer with the Cayman, even with less power. I always thought the 911 would be quieter inside, but it's not, so I just don't see the advantage of paying 50 grand extra, and not even having the option of a manual anymore. I can categorically say I'll never own one, because I don't want to. It's just not worth what Porsche is asking nowadays. Even the Cayman was a hard sell, so probably my last Porsche.

What do you guys think about the Black Porsche Decal at the bottom of the doors?

I like it as well. I saw someone ask on Reddit and most people were against adding it. There is no right or wrong answer. Just personal preference imo. I wanted it on my white S but it wasn't a factory option for the S. My sales agent said the dealer would have to add it.

Hey, since my SE is going to have it, I like it. Ha ha. Seriously, I've always been anti-decals, and anti-badges (except brand badges in the center). But with this car, I'm neutral with the decals. So decided to leave them, since I could always remove them if I want to. Having said that, I'm not sure about the little piece in front of the wheel, which you don't have. Here's my build: https://configurator.porsche.com/en-...dFrom=PSYMSR30
Now I don't know if I want it there, or removed, to look like yours. Ha ha. I think the hood one is the best, so that one might stay. Not sure about the 'Porsche' on the doors, but we'll see how I feel after I get the car.

Nice. You have good taste too. And yes, debadged for me as well. Hey, just thought of also removing the fender piece behind the front wheels, only leaving the door decal in place. What do you think? There's nothing behind the door, so maybe just the door would be fine. I think I'll definitely remove the piece in front of the front wheel. And I'm leaning on removing the rear piece as well, but curious of what you guys think. By the way, I always buy the OEM splash guards when available (which are very small, and integrate perfectly), to minimize road debris damage to the paint, and also splashing crap all over when it rains. Does Porsche make something like that? Doubt it, but rather ask.

Personally i'm a fan of decals as long as it's done tastefully. I think it helps breakup the car a bit and makes it stand out more, which i get a lot of people want to avoid. But i like my car standing out.
That being said it also depends on the car. My incoming Boxster i plan on no decals as the black ragtop breaks up the color enough for me and with topdown it has a similar effect.

The main reason I don't like decals is that they're not under the clear coat. They never look that sharp after a few washes, and they eventually start peeling off. And it's very hard to remove wax residue too, so I won't get close to them. The good news is I don't wash my cars much, so they should last a little longer than usual. Ha ha. And that Boxster looks like chalk to me, although it looks darker on our Macan GTS:
