Thoughts on my potential lease?

Sales price $76210 Plus tax of $3375 plus $723 equals $80,308. Less residual of $47226 equals $33082 (your usage cost). That amount ($33082) is financed for 39 months at payment of $1090 equals a lease rate of 15.797%. Another way to look at this is to take the usage portion of the lease of $33082 and divide that by 39 months you get $848 against a payment of $1090 to see what the interest factor for 39 months is. That is simplisticly $242 per month or a cost over the 39 month term is $9438. Almost 25% of your payment is an interest factor.

Well, I was able to negotiate almost 6% off MSRP. Not much wiggle room around here in the Bay Area. The bigger discounts (10-12%) seem to be on orders for finance from what I have been reading on multiple forums. I haven't heard of anyone paying $848 on a 718S without putting some money down up front. I see where you make up the difference in the rent charge. Is anyone paying $0 here or a significantly reduced amount? It seems like I got a decent deal, perhaps not the best. Better luck next time! Thanks everyone for the input!
Anyway, I picked the car up and love it! Will post some pictures soon!

So, what we have here are multiple posts telling you that you can, with a minimum of effort, get at least 6% off the MSRP, and that the money factor is over the top, just plain nuts. Were I you, I'd tell the dealer you've changed your mind and look elsewhere for your Porsche.

I was able to get ~7% off MSRP. Money factor seemed to be around low normal from what I've researched online. Comparatively to the 718forum, I think I did alright. Ended up with a slightly different car as it's a 6MT. LOVING IT! Thanks for the input. Here are some pics below!

I'm in the market for a 2019 Boxter GTS and put down a deposit for a new GTS special build (~104k) with euro delivery last week @ Porsche (San Jose - Bay Area). I minimally tried to negotiate but sales manager mentioned no discounts for porsches ( I was ignorant to believe him).
Thankfully I read these forums this week and got a 2% written from Porsche Fremont today.
Now I'm going to ask the Porsche GTS to match a 3% offer or I'm taking my business elsewhere. Would you guys advise I go higher, from the responses on the thread it looks like I can go much higher.
I'm also curious which what the other dealers have to offer (Burlingame and Redwood city).

Way too expensive IMO. Here https://www.porschesouthbay.com/new-...als-offers-ca/ you can get the Boxster GTS MSRP 95K for 999 per month. Down payment is more, 6KUSD and I think the mileage is 5K but you also get a car which costs 16k more.I think you still can negotiate the conditions, this is their advertised price, there are tons of GTS sitting on porsche dealerships, so I think you have some room. You get here much more car for your money.

The Bay area seemed pretty tough when I was in the market. But was able to get ~7% of MSRP. Most sales guys don't want to negotiate much, but if you push them they will. Before I decided on the 718S, I was in the market for an M4. They were pretty easy to haggle with, met every demand. Some of the Porsche dealerships came off like they were doing me a favor by letting me test drive. Porsche of Livermore all in all was a good experience.
