Hard to get both sides in one shot due to angle and the license plate being in the way but the other side is a mirror of the below image. Note how the bracket is pushed all the way to the back of the first level of the black valance. The bracket doesn't appear to be mounted parallel to the valance because the flat license plate and frame don't follow the curve of the valance/front of the car. This mounting angle is mirrored on the other side bracket.
