Looks great!

What mods have you done for track?

For the track - I use 19in HRE FF01 wheels with Michelin PSCup2 tires (stock 19in sizes) - replace with stock wheels and tires for the street. I replaced the brake rotors with Girodisc 350mm (F) & 328mm (R), and use Raybestos ST-47 (F) and ST-45 (R) brake pads (which I run on the street also), and flushed the stock brake fluid with Castrol SRF (1st time using and very happy, used to use Motul RB660 in my previous 2017 991.2 Carrera S) - no need for any power additions or suspension upgrades - Porsche build a great street car for use on the track.

Thanks for the info. Are you running stock alignment, or have you done anything to add front camber? Any reason you went with 19" vs 18" wheels for track?

Running as much negative camber as possible with stock adjustments - also 0 degrees front toe. Not sure that 18 in rims will fit over the brakes, also 19in work well and look good :-)
I think it's -2.1 F & -1.7 R with stock suspension

Question

do you know the offset of the HRE wheels and were spacers required? I am running 20 Pirelli Trofeo R tires on the stock GTS wheels, I would like to try the 19 Michelin combo.

I'm running HRE FF01 19x8.5 ET50 (F) and 19x10 ET40 (R) with no need for spacers - using stock 19in tire sizes 235/40 (F) and 265/40 (R)

I'm excited to see your 718 GTS on the track. I am picking up my GTS on Weds and bought it specifically for an autoX/HPDE car. I'm finally getting excited after having ordered it in December.

Ran my 718 GTS Boxster today at the Porsche of London Track Day on Grand Bend Raceway’s Technical Circuit. The Temperature was 89.6 Degrees and the 718 ran hard without a hiccup, just like any of my previous Porsche cars. I was impressed by the performance.
