Not for me. Much prefer original look. Want my tail lights to look they did in 1961.

Enjoy getting rear ended. Unless you never drive the car then no problem. They don't look different just much brighter as you use the same lens.

I've had them for some years. I want to be seen, and for that they make a big difference. Same with the new Harley I bought last year - upgraded all the tail lights and turn signal lights to LED.

Yup and they don't change anything. You can go right back to bulbs in 5 minutes if you need to for a show

Me too.....if it came down to LEDs to drive on my 356, I rather not drive at night.

^^^Im not woried about getting rear ended either. When I go for a drive, cars around me are slowing down to look at it and approach slowly and carefully.

Im sure the lights are pretty and so forth. Just not for me.

Night time isn't the concern it's daytime when the brake lights cant be seen as well.. And as people are curious about the car they ride right up your butt to read the script and don't see the lame brake lights.
The only difference is they are brighter. They otherwise look exactly the same so arguing against them is just silly

With all due respect I have seen 356s with LED taillamp conversions done and they aren't that much brighter during the day.....in the sunlight and with brakes on you can barely tell the LEDs are lit either? To each his own and if it makes you feel good go for it....but they aren't for me.

That makes no sense . You can just look at the before and after pictures on culayer .
You can't argue a dual filament bulb is almost as bright as multiple LED. Too each his own is about preference of style but not the science of whether LED are brighter . They are period .

Here's a pic with one side led and one side bulb and how lit up the guys shop gets with the LED brakes. If you can't see the difference you better change your username to mr.magoo

Great.... but all your pics at night or in dark. Take a pic in direct sunlight and lets see the difference.

Keep beatin that dog...even though it's dead. Jesus. I believe you. You like the lights. Good. I'm happy for you.

I don't. They look like a modern light. I don't want a modern light on my 55 year old classic car. I want a light just like it was way back when.

Try and refrain from telling me I'm gonna get hit. Jesus H Keerist. I'm gonna be fine like every other 356 owner that won't use your lights. I'm starting to think the op has some sort of interest in the sale of these super bright tail lights.

Don't worry it's not over....next we will be told about the must have $3 center brake light purchased at Checker auto parts and duct taped to back window for "safety".
