Default Exhaust suggestions invited!!

I need to replace the muffler on my '59 Conv. D. I currently have a stock muffler, but am considering a sport muffler:

or
Dansk

or
Sebring:

I'd really like to hear each of these, but unfortunately have only been able to find the Sebring on YOUTUBE. I like sporty, but don't want loud and annoying.
Input and suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

You'll find some info at 356 Registry.

Some years ago I bought a very slightly used sport-type muffler from a Registry guy. It is high quality, was made in Canada, and I think it retailed for ~$1,200. It has four exhaust pipes, two on each side, exiting under the middle rear bumper. It had a deep rumbly sound, I liked it a lot, not obnoxious (although it would set off some car alarms), but I removed it since it wouldn't clear my driveway without scraping. One of these years I'll sell it, don't know where you are located, but if you have any interest, PM me, and I'll try to dig up the info on it.

Good friend installed this Sebring on his C.

That purchasing decision was in part completed due to this video:

However, think the two have very different sounds.

Have a well used "sport" headers/muffler on my 59A Coupe and think it sounds perfect for the nature of the car.

Good luck with your choice.

If you're in the US, check out the Jim Constas Sebring exhaust. I just ordered one for my 356C. All hand made, ceramic coated for $1300. The Dansk Sport Exhaust is known to reduce HP, I'd skip that one. The stock exhaust is possibly the best performance wise, the Sebring and Bursch are similar to stock power with varying curves. The sebring sounds the best in my opinion and comes with a baffle to reduce sound output if desired. It also can be ordered with two different sized exist, loud and very loud (large and larger).

Hi Voda,
Is it possible for me to add you on Facebook or any kind of social media please, as I have some questions regarding the exhaust system that I hope I could ask you?

Many thanks
