Its got the coil switches and fuel pump switch - that Carrera script on the fender might be real - wonder if the 4-cam motor is in a shed somewhere?

Loos like one exhaust tip coming out the right side instead of two in the center. Mystery motor or aftermarket exhaust??

I wonder how long the tail lights have been on backwards.

VW engine would be a good guess.
