Lightbulb RacerX cam info

So someone Help me break this down, According to RacerX's site

http://members.rennlist.com/951_racerx/

The only difference I can see in the 2 camshafts is the in the Late NA engines the camshaft has more exhaust duration then the turbo, And the exhaust lobe timing is slightly Different. Now what exactly is happening that would be helping our turbo cars? The longer exhaust duration spooling the Turbo? Need some cam guru's to help me get a hold of this info as its a tad confusing. So let talk cams and timing!

I heard that it almost does'nt make a difference in output. Maybe 5hp.

From what I can see based on the info on RacerX's page, It doesn't look like it would unless it's effecting spool thus making power sooner, But again I'm know cam expert or tuner, I'm looking to get more input on this

The 9R camshaft has 8° more exhaust duration and lifts exhaust valves 12mm instead of 11mm compared with the stock 5R, 951 camshaft.

I have noticed a small but significant seat-of-pants difference at upper rpm at full load, but that is on a much-derestricted engine, and I'm pretty sure that this difference can be noticeable only after most of the restrictions built in the stock set up (KKK turbine, small exhaust, etc) have been removed so that the engine can breathe as freely as it can at upper rpm.
