Chris Labrooy Does Porsche Art From a Different Angle
Chris Labrooy see things a little differently. Where you eye a vehicle for use, he spies ground zero for future creative assembly. As far as he’s concerned, a car is just another item that he can creatively interpret with digital manipulation. The United Kingdom artist and designer doesn’t specialize in just cars. The wide variety of work he’s done ranges from Nike Kids digital art to McDonald’s campaigns to Pringles advertisements. But recently he’s been experimenting more with cars.
First he started by testing the elasticity of trucks and truck beds. Then he experimented with the idea of “auto aerobics. Now, his focus has shifted to Porsches, but not in a way you might have expected. Take a look:
Sometimes he does animations with his illustrations.Â

This one could be called “Friday night,” right? Right?
He’s not specific to Porsches either.
