Porsche Debuts Innovative Miami High-Rise

Porsche Design Tower Miami’s ‘Dezervator’ may revolutionize parking.

The iconic company has just debuted the Porsche Design Tower Miami, its first residential real estate project. Emulating the brand’s famous functional design aesthetics, technical innovation and forward-thinking style, the 60-story high-rise’s most unique feature is a revolutionary automobile elevator lift system. Coined “The Dezervator,” it will bring residents and their rides up to their swanky pads.

“The Porsche Design Tower Miami’s functional design, which encapsulates the DNA of the Porsche Design brand, will accompany the residents in all areas of their daily life and will enable them to live a unique and innovative experience, which is characterized by the blend of function and technology,” says Jan Becker, CEO of Porsche Design Group.

‘Porsche Design Tower will enable residents to live an innovative experience characterized by the blend of function & technology.’

“Simply put, there is no other building in the world with the same level of groundbreaking ingenuity and superlative quality as Porsche Design Tower Miami,” adds Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, which is co-developing the luxury high-rise with Porsche Design. “This iconic tower has not only redefined Miami’s skyline, but residential luxury as we know it.”

An innovative new venture for Porsche, the project began with a few challenges, beginning with designing the unique car elevator. By successfully overcoming them, the “Dezervator” stands to revolutionize condominium living by giving residents the ability to step into their vehicles literally from their front door. The automobile lift system is only one of the tower’s enviable amenities. Porsche Design Tower Miami is equipped with multiple pools and an outdoor kitchen on virtually every balcony.
